- Acting as a main point of contact between the Stakeholder and Administrator
- Coordinating review processes, including managing logistics, collecting materials, and managing relevant databases
- Overseeing relevant team tools (Digital Evaluations Tool, People Central)
- Contributing to professional development of more junior team members, including providing coaching and creating opportunities for others
- Establishing and maintaining good relationships with Stakeholders
- Supporting PD data analysis and reporting
- Leading and coordinating team and global projects

- Supporting assigned PD Team in managing and organizing Performance Reviews (scheduling meetings, collecting documents needed, preparing and sending out communication, collecting data with the results and uploading them in the system (SAP, People Central)
- Monitoring and updating PD data
- Collaborating with other departments to share relevant personnel information (rating, role change, department change)
- Running regular reports on people data
- Administering and serving as main point of contact for relevant tools (Digital Evaluations Tool, LIFT)
- Creating training materials for the new joiners in the immediate team and conducting onboarding trainings
- Engaging in PD project such as:
- Supporting assigned PD Team in managing and organizing Performance Reviews (scheduling meetings, collecting documents needed, preparing and sending out communication, collecting data with the results and uploading them in the system (SAP, People Central)
- Monitoring and updating PD data
- Collaborating with other departments to share relevant personnel information (rating, role change, department change)
- Running regular reports on people data
- Administering and serving as main point of contact for relevant tools (Digital Evaluations Tool, LIFT)
- Organizing and maintaining calendar(s) for assigned Consultants
- Managing all communications including responding to correspondence that does not require personal attention of Consultants
- Handling all telephone calls in a professional and efficient manner; develop strong ongoing rapport with Assistants supporting client executives
- Producing accurate, properly formatted documents and reports, frequently under tight time constraints
- Providing range of administrative support (e.g., travel scheduling, file organization, expense report submission, accounting administration) to effectively provide leverage to client service professionals
- When needed, supporting the planning and execution of major projects, conferences and other off- site meetings
- Directing employees through their daily routines
- Providing leadership to a team during a shift
