I was responsible for organising and chairing meetings of a team of estate agents, architects, investor and general contractor involved in the re-commercialization of several retail projects at the same time. I worked closely with the in-house costing and budgeting team to prepare technical appendices to leases and budgets for additional works to leased space. In this projects I assisted project managers with developments in various locations ( Lublin, Krakow, Wroclaw), totaling over 40,000 sq ft of leasable space.

I also assisted the Administrative Director with personnel matters and the Head of the Passport Section in dealing with Australian citizens seeking consular assistance.
