I am very meticulous, which made my manager in a previous job jokingly mention that sometimes I want to help a customer more than he needs. However, I always proceed on the assumption that a properly resolved problem and a detailed explanation will result in a satisfied customer who won't contact me a second time because he doesn't know what to do.
