• Led the full project lifecycle of the Upper One office and hotel investment, from planning, design and permitting through construction and tenant fit-out.
• Built and led the project team, establishing clear roles, responsibilities and working procedures to ensure effective project delivery.
• Managed the design process, including tendering, business modelling, budgeting, financial forecasting and development scheduling.
• Developed and implemented the permitting strategy
• Negotiated and executed agreements with general contractor for the office and hotel, securing the right delivery structure for the investment.
• Managed infrastructure works, including roads and utilities, and coordinated cooperation with city authorities and other key stakeholders.
• Monitored project progress, budget and performance, providing clear reporting to the Management Board and supporting timely decision-making.
• Managed project risks, identified potential issues early and implemented corrective actions to protect the schedule, budget and project objectives.
• Supervised construction progress and site execution, ensuring coordination between contractors, consultants, authorities and project stakeholders.
• Supported hotel and office lease negotiations, with responsibility for technical requirements and tenant coordination.

• Project: Spark Office Complex (€250M total investment)
• Managed the Spark Office Complex end-to-end from land acquisition, design and permitting through construction, leasing and divestment.
• Managed four Spark development phases: Phase 1 – 12,900 sqm GLA, 9 floors + 2 underground levels, sold and 100% leased; Phase 2 – 20,000 sqm GLA, 10 floors + 2 underground levels, occupancy permit obtained and 100% leased and sold; Phase 3 – 42,000 sqm GLA, 29 floors + 4 underground levels, building permit obtained; Phase 4 – 15,000 sqm GLA, 15 floors + 4 underground levels, acquisition, planning and permitting stage.
• Responsible for project budget, cost control, financial forecasting and business case development.
• Led land acquisition, technical due diligence, master planning, design management and project scheduling.
• Developed and executed permitting strategies, successfully obtaining three individual building permits and additional permits for roads and infrastructure.
• Negotiated and executed the general contractor agreement and agreements with city authorities covering infrastructure and landscape works.
• Managed construction, infrastructure coordination and the full tenant fit-out process through handover.
• Coordinated the relocation of Skanska Poland’s headquarters to Spark Phase 1.
• Supported the full divestment process, including buyer coordination, technical due diligence, documentation and internal approvals.

• Led the design and permitting stages of Atrium 2 and Generation Park.
• Coordinated cooperation between project managers, architects and multidisciplinary teams.
• Developed the project vision from urban planning, architectural and permitting perspectives.

• Design of multiphases complex of 4 office buildings, each ~12 500-15 000 sqm GLA and 55 m high with 3 underground parking.
• Responsible for organizing the design process as a leader of the team.
• Representation of investor (GTC) in front of City authorities.
• Responsible for preparing all formal and design documentation during all investment process since concept design.
• Preparing documentation of fit-outs projects for tenants.

• Responsible for concepts design, volume studies and Due Diligence for multifamily houses and commercial.

• Responsible for office interior design, workshop drawings for: Azafor, Universidad Politecnica de Valencia, Supervision on the construction site.
