• Leading talent management initiatives e.g. supporting identifying successors and key talents, managing talent development program for junior managers, conducting training needs analyses in cooperation with external vendors, preparing training offering.
• Leading compliance and disciplinary actions, consult and give advice in regards to labour law and internal HR policies.
• Supporting managers in compensation and benefits topics including support during yearly salary adjustment process.
