As an Associate, I develop and implement quality assurance protocols, checklists, and metrics to standardize contract review processes. I track and report on contract review errors, trends, and performance data to senior management, driving continuous improvement initiatives. In my role as a support to the Program Manager, I contribute to client reporting, manage project teams, and streamline project workflows. Responsible for project delivery, I allocate work to reviewers based on performance and contract complexity, ensuring efficiency, compliance with SLAs, and adherence to quality standards. I also maintain contract databases and tracking systems for reporting purposes while actively participating in the enhancement of the company’s IT systems to improve client experience and operational efficacy. Known for my strong sense of responsibility, accountability, and willingness to take calculated risks, I consistently deliver results and drive improvements.

As a Senior Contract Analyst, I was responsible for overseeing the accuracy and consistency of contract data extracted by the team of contract analysts. I provided constructive feedback and coaching to enhance the performance and skill development of reviewers. Additionally, I independently designed and implemented a comprehensive training program for new hires, developing training materials and leading sessions, including one-on-one meetings to guide team members in their career development. My greatest strength as a trainer is my ability to balance strong leadership with being a supportive and understanding colleague, motivating others while fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

As a Contract Analyst, I was responsible for reviewing and extracting key data from various contract types, including NDAs, service agreements, vendor contracts, and licensing agreements, following a pre-defined data model. This work supported clients' contract lifecycle management by providing clear insights into the terms and conditions governing their relationships with counterparties. I analyzed over 2,000 contracts in English, primarily governed by American and English law, for top companies across industries such as IT, finance, pharmaceuticals, and more. My role also involved updating contract databases and utilizing digital data management tools, such as Relativity and internal IT systems, to ensure efficient tracking and reporting. I am known for my meticulous attention to detail, commitment to high-quality work, and receptiveness to constructive feedback.

As an intern to a Member of the European Parliament, I assisted in the daily operations of the MEP's office, supporting both legislative and administrative functions. I conducted research on policy issues, prepared briefing materials, and drafted reports on a wide range of topics including EU legislation, international relations, and regional development. I helped organize and coordinate meetings, events, and public engagements, ensuring smooth communication between the MEP and constituents, stakeholders, and EU institutions. Additionally, I monitored EU parliamentary sessions and committees, summarizing key developments and providing strategic insights to inform policy decisions. My role also involved liaising with various departments and assisting in the preparation of speeches and press releases, ensuring clear and effective communication on policy positions.

I pursued an individual research project under the supervision of dr Laura Peters on rights of victims in the criminal trial under the European Convention on Human Rights, which was part of a larger study on transformation of the Dutch law in this area commissioned by the Dutch Ministry of Justice and Security.
