Providing services for clients from various branches, eg. transport, real-estate management, waste management using ENOVA and Saldeo. Main responsibilities:

• Document verification and booking (also foreign documents, e.g. import and export of services, import of goods);
• Bank statement settlements and reconciliation;
• Accruals and deferrals reconciliation;
• Fixed assets registering and reconciliation;
• VAT and CIT returns preparation;
• Reconciliation of accounts at the end of the month;
• Supporting clients with formal aspects of establishing businesses;
• Everyday contact with Clients (in English and Polish) and with Tax Offices.

Providing services for a big real-estate company based on the full accounting system using MS Office, ENOVA365 and Saldeo. Main responsibilities:

• Document verification and booking (also foreign documents, e.g. import and export of services, import of goods);
• Bank statement settlements and reconciliation;
• Accruals and deferrals reconciliation;
• Fixed assets registering and reconciliation;
• Depreciation booking;
• VAT and CIT returns preparation;
• Reconciliation of accounts at the end of the month;
• Financial reports and monthly reports preparation;
• Everyday contact with Clients (in English and Polish) and with Tax Offices.

• In this role my responsibilities were similar to the previous ones, although I was expected to show more organizational skills and setting priorities for assistants and junior accountants who were cooperating with me and supporting them on daily basis.

• Controlling work of assistants and helping them in everyday issues;
• Preparing CIT and VAT returns;
• Helping senior accountants in preparing WHT returns;
• Helping senior accountants in preparing financial statements and monthly reports for both of the companies;
• Helping senior accountants in external audits.

Providing accounting services for two big companies from transport and marketing branch in the full accounting system using MS Office and ENOVA365. Main responsibilities:

• Analyzing and booking purchase and sales invoices (also foreign, e.g. import/export of services);
• Settlement of bank statements;
• Registering fixed assets and accruals purchase;
• Booking depreciation;
• Reconciliation of accounts at the end of the month;
• Contact with clients in Polish and English on daily basis.
