As a Senior Recruiter, my responsibilities include driving and shaping the appropriate sourcing strategies and market intelligence for our company's capabilities in selected markets and geographies. I am capable of identifying the right talent across global markets and providing advice to the business on how to attract that talent to our organization. To successfully promote and sell career pathways and our company as an employer of choice within my assigned market, I develop a deep understanding of the market. I work closely with the business to drive campaigns and brand campaigns when needed, in order to increase our visibility and reputation as a desirable employer. I also collaborate with other teams to ensure that our recruitment efforts align with our company's goals and values. By staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, I continuously improve our recruitment processes and strategies. In addition, I strive to provide an exceptional candidate experience by ensuring that our recruitment process is fair, transparent, and efficient. I also actively engage with candidates, answering their questions and providing them with the information they need to make informed decisions about their careers.
