I am a Portuguese student studying in Poland. I spent a year at a Portuguese university called University Lusiada in Porto for the same major, but I didn't enjoy the experience. But I knew I didn't want to abandon that major because it was fascinating to me and I wanted to learn from it. So, in 2020, I went to study abroad. Since then, I've found Warsaw to be as charming as my city. There are some similarities and differences, but overall, I enjoy my life here. Since majoring in English, my English skills improved in writing and speaking. I enjoy challenges, learning languages, and adjusting to new environments. Because life is short, I've always wanted to study abroad, to get out of my comfort zone and try new things. I enjoy working in groups because I find it more productive. I enjoy reading books. I enjoy reading romances, adventures, and crime novels. I've been reading Portuguese books lately. I usually read English books to improve my skills as much as possible. However, I believe that as a multilingual person, the best way to maintain our skills is to practice all of the languages we know by speaking and reading.
I enjoy reading romance novels. I find them particularly fascinating from Colleen Hoover. I also enjoy reading crime novels. Since I was a child, I have read biographies of women who have suffered at the hands of ISIS. Those were shocking facts that I wanted to learn more about. Some of those tales will be included in my thesis chapter. Craig Wright is currently reading a book on general culture from various world icons such as scientists, artists, fashionistas, and so on.
