  • Being responsible for timely fulfillment of projects requisitions: validating and reviewing requisitions, prioritizing the most critical positions, working with delivery teams, recruiters and hiring managers to understand specific projects needs, helping to develop internal talents pipelines and identifying top internal candidates, proceeding with the external vacancies openings, reviewing job descriptions, providing visibility on available talents forecast for additional deployment opportunities.
  • Forecasting the utilization of the internal talents on a weekly basis, analyzing deployment probability and providing deployment reports to managers.
  • Acting as a single point of contact for internal candidates, manage the full lifecycle of internal deployment process from assisting in creating, analyzing and evaluating the profile, identifying talents gaps in skills, matching it with project`s requests, sharing the profile with delivery team, scheduling an interviews to making assignment to new project in the system, ensuring the client feedback is timely provided and shared with the candidate, identifying attrition risks.
  • Working with Head of Product Engineering to drive upskilling and reskilling, organizing assessments to evaluate candidates technical expertise/level, initiating trainings and development programs for talents.
  • Helping with and coordinating the fulfillment of the roles for 2 different big accounts: filling in the ramp-up plans, matching internal talents to the positions, delivering the profiles of the candidates, be sure all the necessary information is reflected in system, proceeding with external vacancies openings, attending the account meetings and acting as a representative of the whole team.

Achievements: found new projects and redeployed about 40 candidates (via Internal Mobility program); successfully redeployed over 80 internal talents; targets were completed in a timely manner; created a system of communication with the Project Mangers.
