Accomplishments
Member of a team for charity project "Women in Business". This initiative aimed to boost the local economy during challenging times of conflict by awarding grants to ten women entrepreneurs with outstanding business plans. Collaborated closely with local ambassadors, prominent businesswomen, and the Ukrainian government to ensure the project's success. Execution of a support strategy, which included TV and digital channels, as well as POS materials in distribution channels, contributing to the project's reach and effectiveness.
Championed the successful implementation of an innovative consumer relations approach at L'Oreal Paris Ukraine, leading the local launch of Modiface – a tool enabling virtual try-ons for hair coloring. This initiative involved adaptation to the realities of the Ukrainian market. Implemented marketing strategy, which included TV and digital campaign, along with in-store visualization featuring QR codes for redirection on website where consumers could try the tool and buy the product. The result was an enhancement of the consumer experience through driving brand engagement.
Collaborated closely with a production agency and local ambassadors to lead the creation of brand materials. Led the development of TV videos, digital videos and key visuals.
