1. Act as the Business Activity Owner for assigned Citi Vendors to ensure the Third Parties perform the process in a safe and sound manner, and in accordance with Citi policies and regulations required at various stages of the TPM lifecycle, in liaison with Third-Party Officer and other leadership teams, Sourcing Legal, Compliance, Product/Operations Teams, Technology, etc.

These include a variety of activities, such as:

  • Pre/post contract Risk Assessment (TP-RAP) to determine the required level of Due Diligence,

  • Conduct applicable ongoing monitoring activities for vendors (verification of customer complaints, monitoring compliance with Records Managements Standard, periodically monitor the Third’s Party Compliance to required controls, monitoring Third Party Performance including SLA Breaches,
  • Assistance with additional monitoring activities such as, Insurance coverage, CoB Assessment, Third Party Information Security Assessment (TPISA), Contract review Process

2. Perform as functional bridge amongst external vendors as well as internal stakeholders.
