Responsible for conducting end-to-end recruitment processes for various levels, from Analysts to Executive Directors, mainly in areas such as Finance, Legal, Audit, Operations and Sustainable Finance. Currently hiring for UK, Turkey and Falkland Islands. Main responsibilities:

  • Conducting structured business needs discussions with hiring managers, identifying key requirements, agreeing on souring and selections strategy, updating JR accordingly.
  • Efficient end-to-end applicant management for each role i.e. timely review and short listing of applications, updating applicants and responding to any queries, helping with interview and assessment arrangements, briefing and preparing candidates for interview.
