Key reponsibilities:
- Manage, conduct and evaluate projects to implement brand marketing strategy. Drive product and campaign development and deployment, in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Brief agencies and manage operations with agencies in the implementation of assigned brand projects.
- Analyze and evaluate market and market research data to identify and develop new marketing measures for the category.
- Portfolio management for all channels.
- Support Poland Category Manager in the strategic and operational brand planning.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the implementation of strategic and operational brands plans to generate value within targeted segments and growth spaces
- Lead end market marketing calendar including key incentives, animations, and
messages focused on 360 activation plan & communication strategy & drive purchase frequency
- Deliver the brand performance - grow the consumer base, drive revenue, win share and maximize profit
- Managing and establishing KPIs for the marketing activities, calculated ROI and performed an ongoing reporting to measure the effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborating with other business functions (IT, Legal, Marketing, Regional Managers, Customer Service, etc.) to facilitate the development & delivery of concepts and marketing communication
