I Co-worked with Planning for EAPCCO Field Training Exercise and Participated in the final exercise Ability in the drafting of Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) at Bilateral and Institutional Level; 5.0 LIST OF OFFICE MACHINES AND COMPUTER PROGRAMMES I

• To put in place a monitoring and evaluation mechanism for e-waste management at regional level.

-By collaborating with stakeholders to establish and maintain a database for e-waste generation/volumes

-conduct midterm review and final evaluation of the regional framework. 

-Support monitoring and evaluation for national e-waste management initiatives in member states.

• I have also played a big role in drafting the national cyber security strategies and E-Waste Management policy in Rwanda and it has been sent in cabinet for approval.
• Internet Services Regulation, Quality of Service Monitoring, Inspection and Mobile communications inspection and QoS. And to develop the Quality of Services Standards for Mobile and fixed networks.
• Employee of Rwanda Utilities Regulatory Authority as full time staff. Currently in charge of E-Waste management and Task force in EACO, dealing with environmental and e-waste management.
• Security specialist in network system security, Risk management
• Member of the national steering committee that developed electronic certification services provision legislation and regulations in Rwanda.
• Appointed as Associate Rapporteur of the International Telecommunication Union ITU-T SG5/WP2/5
• Participation in a consultation approach on regulatory decisions that affect regulated sectors.
