Cetes Cosmetics is the manufacturing arm of Oriflame, operating factories in Poland, India, and China. The company produces cosmetics for Oriflame and third-party clients.

Oversees HR & Administration Department for the largest Cetes Cosmetics factory located in Poland.

• Member of Cetes Global and Factory Management Teams, contributing to strategy and decision-making
• Guides global HR processes across multiple factories in India and China (previously Russia until 2022)
• Reports directly to the Oriflame Chief People & Culture Officer and indirectly to the Head of Cetes
• Leads HR development strategies, ensuring compliance with Polish labor law and corporate policies
• Manages compensation & benefits, employee relations, talent acquisition, employer branding, training & development, GDPR, and organizational culture
• Implements ISO standards, oversees audits, and manages budgets
• Directly manages 4 HR professionals in Poland and supports HR Factory Managers globally
• Supervises factory administration, including security, cleaning, canteen, reception, and office supply services

Key Projects (2024-2025):

• Managed collective redundancies – from planning severance packages and creating regulations to consulting with employee representatives, conducting workshops for managers and employees to prepare them for change and re-entering the job market, and collaborating with other employers in the region
• Designed Performance Management process and tools for Oriflame 2025/2026
• Led ISO 9001 and 45001 recertification in HR area
• Led the organization through the SMETA social responsibility audit
• Managed restructuring efforts with Alvarez & Marsal
• Participated in Factory Business Continuity Plan (BCP) to ensure HR & ADM operational resilience

• Led Change Management for ERP system (IFS) implementation
• Transitioned factory culture from in-house operations to external client orientation
• Managed HR crisis response during COVID-19 as a Crisis Management Team member
• Implemented Cornerstone on Demand HR system (HR Master Data & Training Modules)
• Developed numerous Employer Branding (EB) initiatives, including recruitment films, employee engagement programs, and company events
• Led GDPR implementation as GDPR Champion
• Designed and delivered leadership and self-development training programs

• Provided HR and Health & Safety support to manufacturing sites in India, China, Russia, and Sweden
