• reviewing contracts from each department of the company for compliance with applicable laws and the interests of the company, including lease and rental agreements, construction agreements, loan agreements;
• conducting negotiations with external parties;
• preparation of corporate documentation for the management and supervisory boards;\
• day-to-day corporate legal services, reviewing and drafting letters and agreements including NDAs, loan agreements, consulting agreements;
• representing the company in external institutions;
• conducting debt collection activities;
• preparation of pleadings;
• setting the strategy of action for accepted cases;
