Anna Paszkiewicz-Kamionka

Szczecin

Summary

I am a Travel and Fleet Manager with over 15 years of experience in travel industry worldwide, ready to step up into Director of Travel Management (Senior Manager of Travel Management) role.

I started out as a Fulfillment Assistant at an adventure travels tour operator in London (UK), to quickly become my team's Supervisor and Customer Operations Executive.

After moving back to Poland, I took on a managing position at FairWind A/S at its Szczecin's (PL) office. For over 8 years now I have been creating Travel and Fleet department with its own procedures, team's KPIs and policies written down from scratch. The team has grown from 3 to 9 persons and its core responsibility is to look after travel, accommodation and vehicle needs for over 1500 wind turbine technicians and approximately 230 white collars, including the board members and C-level managers.

I have successfully negotiated and re-negotiated countless deals and contracts with the company's new and existing vendors, including airlines, hotel chains, ferry carriers, car rental offices, and many more. I have also created data-heavy reporting system that helps minimizing risk in strategic decisions making process and have been a significant part of teams working towards the company's cost and co2 emission optimization.

I love a good challenge and I am not afraid of taking responsibility for my work and my team. I am a dedicated and loyal individual drawn to achievements and motivated by recognition, looking forward to work in a company with core values similar to mine: integrity, equality and respect.

My Clifton Strengths are:
1. Positivity
2. Individualization
3. Strategic
4. Futuristic
5. Responsibility
