2019.09-2022.09- R&D department engineer, acting as PM/TL: joined the company with a main goal to establish a dedicated team for microcontroller based products development.

  • Built the team from the scratch, including hiring team members (job description, interviews, hiring process support).
  • As a TL I was responsible for hiring, personal development plan of team members (including periodical reviews)
  • Achievements: => created laboratory of electronics and measurement => created an automated production line for PCB boards (assembly, soldering, testing) => leader of two cross-tech projects (one with NCBiR supervision)- both successfully delivered
  • PMI- on time delivery, milestones creation, progress reporting, budgeting (time, money) => cooperation with production team, sales, business subcontractors

2022.09-now- R&D Manager: was assigned with people manager responsibilities on top of my previous duties.

I built my first amp during the studies. Since then I experimented with multiple topologies and was developing amps that best suits my personal needs as a guitarist. I am also an active motorcyclist and train aikido ( 4 kyu)
