 Led approximately 10 projects delivering document management system (DMS) web applications for clients across public and private sectors. Took on a comprehensive leadership role—from building client relationships and defining timelines and risk registers, to team formation, analysis, documentation (including WBS), programming, testing, integration, rollout, and post-project support handover, including final documentation.
