cooking Polish and European cuisine. This is not my first experience, but I learned the main thing here when I came here when I was still very young, 21 years old. I learned to work here in all sections of the kitchen, including as an assistant chef.
I came here with some knowledge of Caucasian and Georgian cuisine, and learned a lot here. After some time of work, I was appointed sous-chef of this restaurant, I believe that I coped with the position entrusted to me, and this experience taught me a lot, gave me new knowledge.
This was not my first job, but here I learned a lot of new things, learned the rhythm of work in a bistro, speed, responsibility. I learned many dishes of Caucasian cuisine.
