key projects/achievements

  • By implementation of numerous savings and innovation-related projects, creation of flexible, reliable and effective plants and finally strategically important MAKE hub in Poland (for numerous number of EU markets) with highly cost/size level competitiveness
  • Production/warehousing processes optimization including leading / taking part in the construction of many new production lines, like a unique, flexible, fast speed production of cans, complex glass line (fully flexible, RGB/NGR with intelligent automated bottles sorting unit), four fast speed PET lines (First PET combi bloc installation in PepsiCo and successful continuation of high speed filling blocks projects)
  • Leading and creation of a very well-coordinated, wide team of beverages plants (FLM’s/FLE’s), with low level of rotation and high engagement/experience across all members
  • Customers oriented ideas implementation (i.e. robotic mixing centers - Jumbo)
  • Introducing occupational safety system “Zero tolerance for Environment, Health and Safety” and promoting it to plants all over Europe.
  • Transforming Żnin and Michrów plants – removing/moving the selected production lines/technologies, automation, restructuring human resources, reducing costs and introducing many product/process simplifications. Żnin plant as the most efficient facility; Michrów as the globally important
  • Waste, T/E, NE and other KPI’s proven optimization actions implementation; significant, short and long-term cpu optimization ability demonstration.
  • Year to year productivity projects implementing and targets (over) delivery; creation of very strong LSS community for no capital productivity ideas support
  • Implementing many environmental sustainability projects (peppd) and driving utilities level reduction by > 40% within long term perspective; creation and execution of “Żnin as an emission free and energy independent plant” vision
