In work of the football scout what i like most is too look all the elements much much closer and see all this details about football players. But also it's great to see how many players you watched grow in next years, but of course not all. But also as a football scout you need to take a risk and watch players from different countries, city's, age's, you need to be prepared for watching amazing players and game's and game's you wish didn't watch, also what is so important is patience to some players and games, because sometimes players need one moment to shine.
