During this ultimate SUP challenge athletes for 5 days are making around 50km daily. I prepared recovery program to keep them in shape for the next days, and taking care of their injuries.
The program included : cupping therapy, deep tissue massage, FDM, kinesiotaping, stretching, electrotherapy, lymphatic drainage.
