Main duties:
- troubleshooting issues with devices such as: laptop, phones, PC(Security agent issues, out-of-date systems, verifying hardware issue(broken screens, keyboard etc.));
-all kind of peripherals issues;
-handling and troubleshooting sensitive info problems(Security keys, passwords);
- checking with inventory system, comparing the data and creating asset data fix tickets for devices;
- enterprise enrolling of the Chrome OS based systems, provisioning MAC;
-verifying damaged device, and granting approval for a replacement;
-adding devices to AD;
-troubleshooting issues with access to corporate web-sites;
- helping users with creating a cloudtop instances;
- help with software installation;
