In this position, I acted as Point of Contact and was responsible for supervising two employees and coordinating with two IPs (Implementing Partners) by guiding them according to proper project operational frameworks. I supported meetings and other forums as needed. Provided onboarding and Livelihood training sessions for new hires. I have embraced the data protection mindset and monitored my subordinees' awareness of set rules. I have drafted unit SOP, which should have been updated quarterly.
I have led a separate project, where I was responsible for planning and implementation and then for evaluation and reporting to the donors on the project activities. I have supported interagency collaboration and worked closely with AAP, IOM Ukraine management. Data collection needed to be performed by my team.

I worked with IDPs, partners, engaged with local government and was involved in capacity building trainings in a multi cultural environment, consulted IDPs. I provided community engagement activities with IDPs and provided assistance to them based on their needs.
Secondly, to make it happen I have collected and analysed data from sites, evaluated the findings, lobby with team what best suits to fulfil the needs of IDPs and what must be provided for community centres and managed that obtained knowledge through creating the system of analysis of the current status quo in a field in Excel.
Finally, I wrote a report on the findings, on the project implementation, on the resource management and in a meanwhile I have provided recommendations on a more efficient project design in order to reach our internal goals and better aid the people we serve.

Transferred to this position, as was trusted to lead a separate project and had six assistants under my supervision. With my MA in Business Administration, I have futher advanced my knowlege on how to manage a team in an efficient way.
Firstly, I trained staff, did regular workshops, where we discussed project implementation. I have been monitoring, assisting and managing their work.
Secondly, I undertook the lead in planning, implementation and monitoring of the project and designed its components. Planned, developed, organized and delivered capacity building activities to build capacity of staff. Based on the prior experience and analysed data I have developed the new projects. I have prepared weekly reports to my supervisors and partners on the project progress and then had been presenting it during the scheduled check-up calls. Assisted project’s implementation in a timely and efficient manner and made sure that all the actions undertaken were within the budget. Participated in meetings and conferences. Undertook the duty travel for in-person negotiation with partners.
