• Recommending business processes and implement system changes to improve efficiency, cost savings, and business outcomes.

Managing internal Windows Server environment both virtual & metal

• Assisting with other IT team members (L1 and L2) during periods of heavy workload or staff absence

• Common visits to DSI sites in PL

• As an Infrastructure Support Engineer, responsible for maintaining and supporting the organization's IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, availability, and security. This includes troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, as well as performing system upgrades, monitoring, and automation.

• Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support for infrastructure-related incidents and service requests

• Monitor server and network performance, ensuring high availability and minimal downtime

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows/Linux servers, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and storage systems
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, file shares, and other core services
• Perform regular system updates, patching, and backups in accordance with company policies
• Collaborate with other teams (e.g., DevOps, Security, Applications) to support infrastructure needs
• Maintain documentation for systems, processes, and configurations
