Summary

With over 20 years of experience in international and multicultural environments, I have successfully collaborated with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders worldwide, enriching my ability to adapt, communicate clearly, and deliver results in diverse settings.

Holding a Master’s degree in International Business and extensive experience in supply chain operations, I have developed expertise in compliance, document preparation, verification, and control, as well as analyzing operational and sales data to optimize processes.

Beyond operations, I trained and mentored the export team, developed onboarding processes, and represented the department during a company-wide SAP implementation, collaborating with Microsoft consultants to integrate, test, and configure the system. These responsibilities strengthened both my leadership and technical abilities, particularly in handling and analyzing large volumes of sensitive data.
Currently, in an international school setting, in addition to planning lessons and teaching, I perform administrative duties, including preparing reports, updating student databases, and maintaining detailed profiles covering demographics, assessments, and work portfolios. I analyze this data to monitor progress, inform planning, and optimize processes, providing support to students, parents, and staff.

This role has reinforced my organizational, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills, alongside my capacity to explain complex procedures clearly in multicultural contexts.
