Business Support:

• Perform financial analysis, profitability studies, and business plan development to drive optimal financial performance for the Eastern & Northern region
• Act as supporter/challenger on volumes, revenue, COGS, and marketing P&L lines, understand market dynamics and provide explanations for variances
• Assess financial impact and coordinate the submission of required Bap/Memos for the Hub
• Responsible for requesting setup of new customers and maintaining the customer database in the systems, perform credit line and payment terms assessment

Planning & forecasting:

• Support GTR Financial planning exercises validating business plans with assigned Market owners; perform and review inputs; ensure data integrity in various corporate systems, understand and comment on relevant P&L variances

Actuals control and performance analysis:

• Analyze actual performance, alert management of any deviation and coordinate any required action
• Support preparation of month-end and quarter-end accruals

• Coordinated the implementation of consumer & trade promotions and develop POSM and merchandising solutions
• Supported the Retail Sales Consultants' project coordination and handled the marketing budget

Key Achievements:

• Develop, present, and implement the new process of rebate projects management with significant financial impact, including manual creation, return on investment model preparation, threshold approval routing alignment and implementation, providing a draft of the Rebate Agreement
• Run business simulations to support decision-making process: a) pricing analysis to assess gross margin impact of the new launch - allowed to verify the pricing strategy and keep the profitable margin rate; b) provided scenarios of new route to market set up - resulted in the most beneficial option for the company
• Return on investment analysis for the key customers and the provided recommendations lead to revision of marketing investments in long-term perspective

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and control actuals allocation, support Finance Manager with various of exercises during planning cycles (annual & strategic estimations)
• Prepare consolidated financial summaries for Management Team, manage financial submissions and data input into the corporate systems (SAP S/4 HANA, TM1)
• Managing accounting records in SAP system: month and quarter closing, solving issues with customers and vendors
• Ensure all processes are compliant with JTI and WWDF Policies and Procedures
• Run Credit Limit Assessment and provide recommendations to avoid delays in shipments and prevent out of stock as well as minimize commercial risks
• Actively developing good working relationships with key stakeholders and provide efficient and clear communication to stakeholders and decision makers

• Provide financial support in budgeting and performance management for all planning cycles and month end activities
• Responsible for end-to-end pricing process: collecting and consolidating planned price increase from Area Sales Managers for each planning cycle, getting price changes approved via MEMO, preparing commitment letter to the Customers with new prices, inputting prices into CMD tool/directly to SAP, managing customer master data and ensuring correct prices are set in the system

• Provide support to the Marketing Team with budgeting for annual and strategic planning
• Enter monthly budget allocation and PO; input actual SAP bookings and secure all entries and commitments are in line with budget
• Provide support for the Key Account management, incl. budget documents, day-to-day administration, and monitoring of all budget changes, ensuring that the account's projects are in balance, preparing adjustments as needed, and performing cross-charges on quarterly basis

• Monitor office expenditures and handle all office contracts (rent, suppliers' services etc.)
• Advises travelers of and assists with any need for specialized travel documents such as visas or passports

• Prepare journal entries and maintain balance sheet reconciliations
• Responsibility for the month end and quarter end close process
• Assist in the monthly reporting cycle, providing analysis and reporting of investment holdings, performance, and transaction activity
