• • Coordination and cooperation with the logistics operator in the area of all warehouse operations carried out in DC Sosnowiec and cooperating warehouses, e.g. VAS warehouse (including: receipt of goods, storage, stock control, picking and distribution of goods, VAS, periodic inventories),
• • Supervision of the level of service provision by the logistics operator in terms of correctness and quality of tasks performed in accordance with the established and expected KPI level,
• • Cooperation with people responsible for the implementation of the logistics processes on the operator's side,
• • Reflecting warehouse operations in the WMS and ERP IT systems,
• • Participation in periodic inventories,
• • Controlling liabilities in terms of the approved budget and participating in the approval of individual costs,
• • Reporting the current level of implementation of logistics services regarding DC Sosnowiec.
