Besides of these clients, I experienced the transportation process of FMCG goods of the CCC(continental confectionary company).
- I have conducted the cross dock and factory operations of Toyota based on Just-In-Time / lean manufacturing system. Therefore, the deadlines and manifest dates of the goods were so critical to ensure the production without any stop.
- I have worked closely and were 24/7 in contact with the rail providers/ terminals and the truckers located in the main hubs in both Turkey and EU countries(usually in Germany,Poland, Czechia, Hungary, Slovakia, Austria) to assure effective execution of defined processes and the goods’ transportation.
- I was in regular contact with the clients through mail/phone besides of the online weekly meetings and I have shared daily/weekly Excel reports with them in order to meet their requirements.
- I have investigated and resolved customer complaints -if any- to foster satisfaction and to increase the delivery efficiency by creating optimization among projects and by applying Root Cause Analyses.
