• Inspection of Raw material receiving inspection and review of material test certificates and related documents as per project specifications, standards.
• Review of ITP, QA/QC procedures, method statements, calibration procedure of various components.,
• Pipe internal cleaning as per project specifications and standards
• Pipe fit-up inspection as per WPS, ASME standards procedure.
• Perform visual inspection after welding carried out.
• Review and witness NDT activities with clients Experience in establishing welding requirements against specifications for entire projects.
• Follow QA/QC procedures, method statements, and ITP.
• Flange, gasket, bolt, nut installation inspection activities,

• Reporting to QC Lead inspector,Plan and coordinate inspection activities for various discipline inspectors at the site and report to the QC Manager on Quality Surveillance issues.
• Review/Validate and approve contractors' quality documents such as Welding procedure specifications, PQR, Work Method statements, Standard Operating Procedures, Standard Inspection Procedures, Inspection Test Plans, Material Test Certificate, Equipment Health Certificates, Instrument Calibration Certificates, etc.
• Witness the Mechanical test of PQR, like the Bend test, Hardness test, Tensile test, Chary impact test, etc.
• Witness of welder performance quantification, and approvals.
• Review of the project scope of work, and material specifications and advise the Engineering Department to initiate the corrective actions with the client prior to commencement of work.
• Coordinate with the client in all technically related issues and resolve The Quality /Technical issues by coordinating with the Concerned Disciplines.
• Attend the daily Quality toolbox meeting with the Quality staff and the construction crews to resolve the technical / Quality issues.
• Prepare and generate daily/weekly/monthly progress reports.
• Supervise & witness final HYDRO TESTING, & Commissioning.
• Witness & and monitor the Preheat, Post weld heat treatment are carried out according to the requirement of the WPS, project specification, and the relevant standard, review the PWHT Chart.
• Interpret and evaluate Destructive Testing (Tensile, Impact, Bend, Chemical, etc.
• Coordinate all activities in material handling, storage, preservation, etc. as to ensure adequate protection & and proper storage, handling, and preservation of the materials at site.
• Ensure all safety measures are taken into consideration through compliance to all Applicable Standards and codes in Practice, adherence to governing codes, and adherence to client specifications and maintenance of necessary documents.
