As the youngest employee, I was able to effectively handle a variety of duties as an assistant administrator, including managing day-to-day office operations, organizing supplies and maintenance, protecting confidential documents, and assisting management and the sales team in enhancing customer relations and streamlining business procedures. I managed client orders, delivered first-rate phone, email, and chat assistance, collected feedback through surveys, and kept thorough records of all communications to guarantee efficient follow-up. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, resolving disputes professionally, and developing rapport through active listening, I consistently enhanced customer satisfaction and retention. I also contributed to a positive work environment by improving team communication, scheduling, and correspondence management.
