● Ensure accurate picking of stock as per pick sheet for all Morrison’s stores.
● Directing a large team through a number of Team Manager’s.
● Making Sure products are picked and stacked to the highest standard.
● Creating a positive, pro-active and team based culture.

● Monitoring the quality and quantity of employee’s work performance.

● Ensuring everyone complies with the Company’s health and safety regulations
