Participation in the editions of the BUDDY project by Erasmus Social Network Poznan, involving the role of a mentor for international students coming to Poznan. Providing guidance on organizing academic life, supporting communication, and assisting with adaptation to a new environment. Help included airport pickup, accommodation assistance, translations, city tours, and handling administrative matters.

Animal Shelter Volunteer: assisting in a dog and cat shelter and supporting fundraising campaigns for the shelter.

DKMS Foundation Volunteer: registering potential stem cell donors.

Gaining knowledge of and support in accounting and HR processes, including data entry into the system, assistance in preparing contracts, and organizing employee documentation.

Participation in recruitment and observation of procedures related to employees' medical examinations.

Conducting English classes for students and adults beginning their language learning journey.

Preparing educational materials to support learning.

Creatively organizing various lesson formats, including engaging and interactive lessons, exercises, and games.

Preparing monthly reports on course progress and individual achievements of each participant.

Gaining knowledge of document preparation, circulation, and archiving principles.

Creating reports and statements to support administrative processes.

Participating in business trips to subordinate units, as well as attending conferences and teleconferences.

Understanding the employee verification process and initial training procedures.
