• Feasibility analysis of the project for works on telecommunications installations, gates and fences, as well as development of green areas and small architecture, and preparation of feasibility reports for the Package Manager.
• Coordination and direct control of own and subcontractors teams on the construction site.
• Cooperation with geotechnical and surveying services and preparation of reports for Package Manager.
• Logistics control in the scope of work on telecommunications installations, gates and fences, as well as development of green areas and small architecture.
• Supervision of compliance with health and safety regulations by subordinate employees and subcontractors

• Working and supervising the implementation of PlanRadar.

Project WAW03 Ballard Warsaw Poland - Package Manager.

• Feasibility analysis of the project of telecommunications installations, gates and fences, as well as the development of green areas and small architecture in terms of the selection of the number of equipment, subcontractors and own teams.
• Coordination and direct management of own and subcontractors' teams on the construction site.
• Coordination of geotechnical and surveying services.
• Coordination of logistics in the implementation of telecommunications installation works
• Participation in meetings organized by the Ordering Party regarding telecommunications installations
• Working in the BIM 360.
• Working and supervising the implementation of PlanRadar
• Creating detailed inputs to Submittals, RFIs, RAMS and valuations of additional works. Supervision and implementation of timely submission of the above-mentioned documents to the client
• Cooperation with QA/QC in the preparation of acceptance documentation and notification of acceptance stages
• Preparation of the bidding process in accordance with the guidelines and arrangements with the Contract Management
• Supervision of compliance with health and safety regulations by subordinate employees and subcontractors

• Analysis of the requests for offers and tender documents.
• Preparation of the evaluation of the requests for proposals in terms of formalities, financial potential and the company's ability to carry out the contract.
• Liaising with regular suppliers and searching for potential new suppliers.
• Liaising with regular subcontractors and searching for new potential subcontractors.
• Preparation of the material and financial schedule.
• Preparation of a statement of materials, staff and equipment necessary for the proper realization of the project.
• Preparation of requests for quotations to material suppliers and subcontractors.

• Comprehensive development of construction cost estimates.
• Preparation of bills of quantities for works from project documentation and field inspections.
• Acquisition of new suppliers and cooperation with regular suppliers.
• Preparation of project schedules and material delivery schedules.
• Measurement at construction sites of the works done.
• Preparation of interim and final cost estimates.
• Participation in coordination meetings and final inspections on projects.
• Analysis of procurement documentation and comprehensive preparation of offers for the public procurement sector in accordance with the Polish Public Procurement Law.
• Analysis of private sector enquiries and comprehensive preparation of offers for the private sector.
• Implementation and supervision (Internal Auditor) of the International Organization for Standardization in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO14001:2015.
• Preparation of environmental reports and preparation of Environmental Use Fee documentation for the Polish Marshal's Office as required by Polish Law.
