Served as a trusted advisor and provided sound communications guidance on key internal comms initiatives for all executives and employees within Greater China Region.

• Develop internal communication plans to implement site-based projects (Townhalls, all hands and leadership committees) regularly, conveying company-level messages internally and translating strategic priorities to engage employees in company vision, strategy, values and culture.
• Design content framework and key messages to help employees understand how China contributes to Google's growth through storytelling and leadership advocacy.
• Manage assigned internal communication channels (email aliases, newsletters, and digital displays, etc.) on a daily basis, review all contents, enhance viewership and improve based on feedback.
• Serve as a thought partner for China senior leadership to strategize, assign, risk mitigate and execute on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) projects in China

• Managed editorial calendars and scheduled PR events and meetings. Planned and completed key PR events including Huawei European Innovation Day 2021 in Vienna, the first Huawei European Talent Summit in Helsinki, Digital Energy Summit in Athens, 2020 Annual Report Press Conference in Warsaw and other activities of influence in the whole Europe. In 2021, more than 500 media reporters and KOLs participated Huawei events, resulting in 1000+ positive reports on local top media outlets
• Developed brand media relations strategies that bolstered community awareness and knowledge. Prioritized environmental protection, digital transformation and ICT talent training as three key topics of Huawei Europe, and implemented more than 20 social value projects accordingly, which generated extensive and in-depth media coverage.
• Produced and distributed internal and external communications, especially in crisis situations. Acted as project manager to lead crisis communications during Ukraine-Russia Conflict, EU 5G Toolbox Consultation and other major events relevant to Huawei Europe.
• Oversaw team of communications and media relations professionals with focus on achieving PR results. Built from scratch all PR teams in 28 countries of the region and developed a whole set of KPIs and internal processes to guide all professionals to achieve their goals.
• Drafted speeches for guest speakers and company executives, and advised on media talking points, including keynote speeches and media briefing books for former Austrian President, Huawei CEE&Nordic Regional President and Corporate Public Relations President of Huawei.
• Maintained proactive media relations program by distributing news releases for placement, building strong relationships and monitoring media.

• Acted as the project director of Huawei Global Reputation Enhancement Project and consolidated corporate resources to promote the company's values and vision via videos, visuals, by-lines and other formats
• Managed campaigns to address public communications. Launched a series of integrated communication projects, such as "BBC Huawei Documentary Series", "Who Owns and Controls Huawei", "Huawei Intellectual Property White Paper", "Huawei Cybersecurity Manifesto", etc
• Managed media relations with top international media outlets. Maintained regular communication with journalists and editors, and receive CEOs of international media to visit Huawei.
• Developed and implemented short- and long-term communications strategies. Initiated commercial partnership with CNN, BBC, CNBC and Bloomberg etc., responsible for the planning, implementation and evaluation of international media communication projects
• Launched OOH advertising campaigns in domestic and global major airports, performed major tasks including media bidding, selection of sites, creation of content and supervision of media implementation

• Acted as an interpreter for Huawei Rotating Chairman and board members. Revised their English keynote speeches and prepared interview cards.
• Interpreted for international conferences and senior management visits, delivered services for 150+ conferences per year, including Huawei Connected Conference, Huawei Analysts Conference, Huawei Partners Conference, and other influential Huawei events.

• Co-founded a well-known translation service company in the market to provide simultaneous interpretation, document translation, and conference organization for government conferences and large international conferences.
• Delivered more than 1000 simultaneous interpretation tasks requested by more than 50 customers in various industries, such as medical care, government, manufacturing, multinational companies, etc., and served as the interpreter for President Xi's delegation to the UK. Other customers include the Ministry of Health PRC, CCTV, Google, Apple, HP, Microsoft and BMW, etc
• Established foundational processes for business operations. Managed 20+ contracted interpreters, completed several major translation projects and international conference interpretation tasks, and evaluated the performances.

• Managed keyword ads accounts for major customers, creating ads texts for clients, selecting keywords, setting CPCs and CPMs, and optimizing performances.
• Passed Google online advertising expert qualification with excellent results. Was proficient with search engine advertising operation and account optimization methods.
