Taking part in the works to ensure that domestic and foreign guests are comfortable and happy during their stay at the hotel, to solve all kinds of problems, to organize all kinds of organizations, to forward the notes that the agents have notified in advance to the necessary departments and to provide much more satisfaction.
Undertake various tasks to ensure the satisfaction of guests during their stay, improve the quality of service by resolving complaints. Also, providing information about the services offered by the hotel, fulfilling special requests and collecting guests' feedback.
Promotes products or services, analyses customer needs and offers the most appropriate solutions. Manages customer relations, develops strategies to achieve sales targets and provides after-sales support.
It prepares various types of coffee using espresso machines and other equipment and offers them to customers.
