Performing end-to-end order management process:
- entering Customers' orders in SAP including tracking and archiving
- processing order changes based on Customer and plant requests
- managing the billing process, both manual and automatic
- working closely with shipment departments and distribution centres
- fixing any issues and blocking points occurring during end-to-end management process
- generating regular and ad-hoc process reports needed in order management process
- triggering process improvements in end-to-end order management process
