Main responsibilities:
- Supporting the hiring manager and business HR in end-to-end recruitment process as the primary recruiter:
- Co-operating with stakeholders at all levels of the business including candidates, hiring managers,
different HR departments, HR business partners and recruitment agencies
- Conducting kick-off calls with managers, CV screening, assessments, drug screen, background checks scheduling (the USA), interview scheduling, preparing job description and publishing job ads in different posting channels (including LinkedIn and pracuj.pl), moving candidates in OWD, sending rejection letters,providing advice to candidates and managers related to recruiting processes, conducting joining planning meetings with managers, hiring processing in Workday, cooperation with admin team
- Leading recruitment processes from operator to Vice Presidents job grades globally (9+ processes)
- Performing job advertisement audits – proofreading, checking if UPM posting standards are followed, scanning job ads with Develop Diverse tool to ensure that the language used is diverse and inclusive enough
- Knowledge sharing, updating internal documentation (OneNote)
- Acting as Buddy for new team members
- Being a Team coordinator (running catch-ups, shift planning, facilitating task split and information flow
within team)
- Being an Internal Trainer (Train the Trainer light - workshop for HR SC Trainers completed) - conducting some internal courses, e.g. UPM Diversity & Inclusion dialogue
