Delivery of all in scope Workplace Management services to meet service levels required of stakeholders and provisions of support to other offices in group portfolio. Working closely with Group Workplace team, Global Communication, HR, Technology, and other support teams to ensure alignment of local plans with group strategy. Building, developing and overseeing activity of 3rd party vendors.

Project managing including delivery of office change process. Implementing innovations and efficiencies to support productivity of people in flexible working environment, embedding hybrid working model.

Providing project management for corporate client and define project requirements through collaboration with internal / external stakeholders. Managing all aspects of project, including: scope, planning, budget, cash flow, schedule, design, documentation governance, procurement, quality, risk, facilitate meetings, delivery, and closeout.

Identifying project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through individual project qualification processes, conduct standard to sophisticated requests for proposals, complete bid analysis, lead evaluation interviews and recommend resources to clients.

Preparing cost estimates for general construction works while working in cost estimation office.

Supervision of works on residential site in area of facades, window joinery, balustrades, and small steel elements, including contracting works, cooperation with contractor and supervision of work progress, acceptance of works, inspections, and removal of tenant defects.

Lead role for team of engineers. Active project management from acquiring project to site assembly and financial project settling. Execution of annual revenue plan.

Conducting tenders and inquiries for ongoing projects. Project management and execution on production and on site, including budget control, sourcing suppliers, completing designs, logistics, setting of assembly works with execution, inspector acceptance and warranty repairs.
