Management of the EV category (car chargers, cables for charging electric vehicles and the ebike category (electric bicycle batteries and chargers). Cooperation with the R&D, Industrial Design, Marketing, Sales, Visual Design departments.
Management of the entrusted product category: implementing new products to the market (cooperation with production plants and cooperators from China, product and communication briefs), administration related to new SKUs (setting up indexes, product databases, structures, BOM, calculations), analysis market and competition, price positioning, monitoring results in Power BI, preparation of implementation materials, substantive care over communication materials, participation in industry events and fairs. Work in an international environment - sales network developed for Europe, production plants in Poland, Romania and Ukraine. Evaluation of activities based on the schedules and adopted KPIs.
Responsibility for implementing new products, managing their life cycle, inventory and indexes. Active participation in the creation of the marketing strategy, marketing fund, price lists and commercial conditions. Indirect responsibility for trade marketing activities (industry conferences, sending marketing materials).
Supporting activities related to the implementation of new products and product category management. Conducting market research and planning trade marketing activities. Coordination of video production (from idea to final implementation).
