Accomplishments
- Developed a comprehensive report and data acquisition process for tracking employee engagement activities. This complex, high-volume report is used globally and provides critical insights for leadership, with high usage statistics. The process is built on five large stored procedures, twelve views, eight functions, two pipelines, and integrates over twenty relational datasets.
- Led a project focused on reducing product damage in the warehouse through data analysis. Acquired data on product damage, organized and sorted the data, and conducted a comprehensive analysis of multiple datasets from various databases to assess the current process and identify irregularities. Developed a comprehensive data analysis, presenting findings and recommending corrective actions, which resulted in a reduction of damage levels from 6,000 DPMO to 3,900 DPMO, saving €220,000 annually.
- Developed a user-facing application in Power Apps, based on data from MS SQL Server, utilizing several data connectors and over ten automated flows. The application allows data retrieval from the database, export to Excel, and data manipulation. It is used globally and plays a key role in the project I am involved in.
