Responsibilities:
- WEB and mobile apps testing
- Refinement and improvement of the business requirements in order to improve the final product
- Creating and maintaining test documentation: test plans, test cases, checklists and test-cycles
- Conducting different types of testing: regression, sanity, new features testing, compatibility, app installation, app upgrade testing, etc.
- Bug tracking using Jira
- Issue investigation, collecting app, BE and FW logs
- Collaborated with developers to identify and resolve software issues, leading to higher product reliability
- Participating in Scrum events
- Advanced departmental knowledge-sharing by training new QA Engineers on company-specific testing methodologies and tools
