I am working as a Testing Team Lead on multiple projects which upgrade existing Project Lifecycle Management program for specific Customers and/or help Customers to migrate to SaaS 2.0. I am resposible for QA Processes from the beginning to the end of the projects. My responsibilities are the following:

• Colaborating with and delegating work to other QA Engineers on different projects;
• Creation of Test Documentation (Test Cases, Test Result Reports, Regression Test Suits);
• Requirements analysis, communication with Product Owners;
• Functional Testing;
• Estimating;
• Creation of Bug Reports;
• Regression Testing;
• Facilitating Demo sessions for Customers;
• Web-testing;
• Review of Automated Test Cases (C#).

I worked as a Key Tester on project which upgrades existing Project Lifecycle Management program for specific Customers. My responsibilities are the following:

I worked on two projects as Key Tester: Desktop and Web eDoc Management Applications for insurance Company and Desktop Application for tracking and managing laboratory samples for Medical Company. Also I was mentoring new QAs for both projects. My responsibilities were:

• Estimating;
• Functional testing;
• Requirements analysis and testing;
• Creating bug report;
• Regression testing;
• Web-testing;
• Setting testing environments (Virtual machines);
• Deploying Application's test builds (desktop and web client)
