I worked in the HR department of the biggest Ukrainian retail company.

My task was to provide technical support for the e-learning platform, prepare presentations and tests on the company's product, and ensure the smooth operation of the platform. I also provided technical assistance to users, resolving issues efficiently and effectively. In addition, it was my responsibility to communicate with a large number of clients - both internal users and external vendor companies. This position helped me develop my communication skills and allowed me to experience a real working environment.
