• I am responsible for contracting and procurement activities across both CAPEX and OPEX budgets, covering multiple categories and ensuring full compliance with internal procedures, with a strong focus on IT, Marketing, and customer‑facing services.

• I manage the end‑to‑end contract lifecycle — from identifying internal client needs, developing and refining specifications and complex technical bid invitations, to the purchasing process, negotiation, and contract signature — ensuring alignment with budget constraints, contractual frameworks, back‑incentive mechanisms, and AOP targets.

• I develop procurement strategies and evaluate supplier proposals from both technical and commercial perspectives, leveraging interdisciplinary expertise in technical, economic, and legal areas.

•I manage the contractual aspects of cybersecurity, ensuring that all requirements, obligations, and risk‑mitigation measures are aligned with the specific scope of each contract, whether it covers hardware, software, integrated solutions, or maintenance and support services.

• I perform due‑diligence checks on shortlisted suppliers during tender processes, collaborating closely with the Legal department when required.

• SAP operating knowledge (SAP‑MM module & SAP Ariba): monitoring purchasing operations and providing detailed analyses of procurement activities

▪Project Manager for two big projects: Recycling Project for Engie Romania Group and "Constructors Reunion"- 200 attendants from all the Group's work suppliers in extending the gas pipe lines- one of the most important yearly event of Engie Group in Romania

▪I was responsible to track and centralize the projects, budgets and stages of the Procurement Department in signing and completing the contracts
