- Planning and engineering of DWDM 10GE and 100GE optical transport circuits for business customers of Virgin Media
- Keep master drawings up-to-date,
- Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) and Statement of Work (SOW) for network augmentations and expansion projects
- Plan network change logical and physical work based on prepared design
- Provide engineering support and coordination to network operations and field engineering teams

- Provide technical support for the main customers.
- Responsible for the SDH transport network rollout for the 3G project including planning (schedule and resource allocation), preparing (site survey, training of subcontractors), implementation (commissioning, configuration, coordination of subcontractor’s teams and acceptance procedures) and warranty technical support.
- Participate in DWDM projects including site design, on-site commissioning and technical support including such kind of features as 100G coherent lambdas, Raman amplifiers, reconfigurable optical multiplexers, etc (including Network Management Systems).
- Participate in Access Network project including commissioning, configuring, testing and subcontractor on-site training of wide range of equipment MSAN, GPON, VDSL, SmartHome, etc.
- Take responsibilities of project technical director including planning, design, team coordination and technical management.
- Being a tutor for newcomers.

- Provided 7x24 technical support of Nortel optical network equipment (SDH/DWDM/Metro Ethernet) and network management system.
- Participated in technical negotiations with the customer.
- Consulted customer's engineers and Nortel staff. Work close with other departments in Europe and North America.
- Supported 4 regions of Russia. Supported European customers
- Closed a half of the problems in 48 hours
- Implement on-site support on demand

Worked in Optical Network department. Mostly in pre-sale area, but also took responsibilities of technical support and project manager.
- Prepared and led presentations for customer and partners. Took part in specialized exhibitions.
- Prepared tender documentation including commercial part with quotation and technical part.
- Participated in pre-bidding and pre-sales negotiations. Cooperated with logistic department.
- Managed SDH projects, and took part as a technical specialist. Participated in on-site installation and commissioning. Implemented technical support of equipment. Trained subcontractor's and partner's technical staff.
- Won 4 biddings for SDH equipment and Network Management System
- Managed 3 projects of SDH Network rollout
- Trained 4 technical specialists
- Organized one Huawei exhibition
- Win the first vendor of optical equipment status for the biggest mobile operator in Belarus (when I began to work, there were no Huawei optical equipment on this operator's network)
- Cooperated with the other departments to prepare complex solutions
