• Azure Support Transfer : Facilitated the knowledge transfer from Eviden to Atos, including Azure Lighthouse, VM configuration, and Azure Bastion, ensuring seamless operational transitions.
• SQL Server Support : Directed a comprehensive review of SQL infrastructure, facilitated knowledge transfer sessions, transitioned SQL servers to BAU, and ensured all documentation was properly maintained.
• Building Energy Management System (BEMS) : Managed the configuration and deployment of a new Azure Virtual Machine (VM) for Solent Estates' BEMS. Successfully secured the VM by setting up firewall rules and integrating it with Active Directory (AD).
• Server Build for Microsoft SQL Express (Keyless Locker Project) : Delivered a new Azure VM tailored to Solent's specifications, including 4 vCPUs, 16 GB of memory, and 500 GB of storage. Ensured the VM was configured to meet project-specific requirements for the keyless locker system.
• Geo Location Enablement & Overseas Workers Conditional Access Policy : Led the project to implement conditional access for Solent's overseas workers using Geo Location controls. Coordinated with engineers to update designs, implement, test policies, and ensure service acceptance. Managed all risks and project closure activities, ensuring a smooth transition into service.
• Respiratory Software for Laptops : Successfully coordinated the packaging and deployment of SpiroConnect software via Intune for respiratory equipment. Led a team of engineers through testing and validation, ensuring seamless software integration for medical staff.
• Support for Teams Handsets : Managed the deployment of a controlled patch and firmware update process for Teams handsets, delaying updates for up to 90 days to assess impact. Led CAB reviews for verified Microsoft patches and coordinated patch testing using MP54 handsets to ensure minimal disruption.

University College London Hospitals (UCLH):

• GAE VM Deployment : Spearheaded the creation and provisioning of a new VM instance, ensuring a robust and high-performance infrastructure solution.
