At eService , I optimized processes for simple tasks and contributed to developing automation for repetitive workflows within the team. At PMI , I played a vital role in building a new team, improving performance, and enhancing communication between departments. Additionally, I supported the implementation of a new ticketing system. While at Nielsen , I organized a hackathon that resulted in the development of an application automating work across multiple teams.
